Reg Layden, President and CEO
With 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Reg has built a career dedicated to the development and enhancement of drilling technologies. Throughout his career he has been actively involved in the development and operation of advanced oilfield equipment including automated drilling rigs and hybrid coil technologies. By maximizing the potential of emerging tech, he is now a leading innovator in the design and operation of coiled tubing drilling equipment utilizing applied AI control systems. His extensive experience in operational management has facilitated international expansion into new markets and world class projects. He is an inventor, holds multiple patents, and is co-author of a SPE paper on the technical success of innovative drilling processes.

Bill Zurawell, CFO
Bill has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is a Certified Management Account. His diverse background includes operational, tax and marketing accounting, internal and international audit. He has successfully implemented several financial and operational tracking and reporting systems through his career. He has created strong working relationships with financial institutions and has acquired debt instruments to support operational and capital requirements. In 2009, Bill shifted his focus to the service side of oil and gas and is a respected Chief Financial Officer responsible for implementing internal controls, financial reporting systems and management reporting procedures.

Kent Rumbles, VP of Operations
Known for his expertise in optimizing operational efficiency, Kent specializes in the management of coiled tubing service and drilling operations. Kent excels in productivity analysis, competitor analysis, customer relationship management, and developing strategic operational plans. He has extensive international experience managing highly successful coiled tubing drilling operations. Guided by a focus on employee development and safety, he is a respected leader in the field. His focus on strategic partnerships has been instrumental in driving operational success, growth, and profitability.

Brent Layden, VP of Engineering and Maintenance
A Professional Engineer with 27 years experience, Brent is an accomplished executive with a passion for technology, focused on creating product roadmaps and providing solutions. He is a respected leader in the engineering and maintenance management fields and has held roles in various industries including power, water, heavy construction, forestry, oil and gas, engineering consulting, and drilling rig design. This diversity of experience combined with his education has helped him develop a unique perspective on design, while emphasizing the importance of maintenance considerations. Brent is an ambitious leader who creates strategic alliances to effectively align with and support key business initiatives.
